If you need to cancel your trip after making payment, the following conditions apply:

Cancellation Time Before Departure Refund:

• More than 30 days 70% of total payment (after deducting reservation and administration fees)
• 15-30 days 50% of total payment
• Less than 15 daysNo refund

Additional Notes:

• If you book your flight through Ayla Escape, the service fee of USD per person is non-refundable, as it has been used for the administration process and tax reporting in Indonesia.
• Flight tickets that have been booked through us are subject to the refund and reschedule policies of the relevant airline.

In the event of cancellation caused by Ayla Escape (e.g. operational conditions, emergencies, or force majeure), you are entitled to choose one of the following options:

• Full refund for all unused services, or
• Rescheduling the trip at no additional cost.

• Requests for schedule changes can be made up to 10 days before departure.
• Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
